Marinara for dipping
  • 1 marinara sauce Warm for dipping.

Equipment

  • 1 sheet pan

Method

Preheat and season the pan
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a bundt pan so the loaf releases cleanly.
Make the garlic butter coating
  1. In a bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes until evenly combined and fragrant.
Coat and stuff the pieces
  1. Toss quartered biscuit pieces, pepperoni, and mozzarella with the garlic butter until every piece looks coated.
Layer into the pan
  1. Layer the coated mixture into the bundt pan, pressing slightly so it bakes together into one loaf.
Finish and bake
  1. Sprinkle parmesan over the top, then bake for 25–30 minutes until the monkey bread is golden.
Serve
  1. Invert the loaf onto a serving plate and serve immediately with warm marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

Pro tip: Grease the bundt pan well and press the layers in so the pull-apart pieces hold their shape when inverted. Store covered in the refrigerator up to 3 days; rewarm in a 350°F oven for 8–10 minutes. Freezing is not recommended for best biscuit texture. For a lighter option, use reduced-fat mozzarella and light butter substitute (baking time stays the same).
