Method
Preheat and season the pan
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a bundt pan so the loaf releases cleanly.
Make the garlic butter coating
- In a bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes until evenly combined and fragrant.
Coat and stuff the pieces
- Toss quartered biscuit pieces, pepperoni, and mozzarella with the garlic butter until every piece looks coated.
Layer into the pan
- Layer the coated mixture into the bundt pan, pressing slightly so it bakes together into one loaf.
Finish and bake
- Sprinkle parmesan over the top, then bake for 25–30 minutes until the monkey bread is golden.
Serve
- Invert the loaf onto a serving plate and serve immediately with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
Pro tip: Grease the bundt pan well and press the layers in so the pull-apart pieces hold their shape when inverted. Store covered in the refrigerator up to 3 days; rewarm in a 350°F oven for 8–10 minutes. Freezing is not recommended for best biscuit texture. For a lighter option, use reduced-fat mozzarella and light butter substitute (baking time stays the same).
